6 Simple Steps to Set Up Your Account
Setting up your secure online account is fast and easy:
Start Account Creation: Visit https://eyeonwater.comhttps://eyeonwater.com and click "Create Account." You will need your service zip code and your 11-character utility billing account number (e.g., EX. 53188-XXXXX).
Create Credentials: Enter your name, email, and create a secure password.
Check Your Email: A verification email will be immediately sent to your inbox.
Activate Your Account: Click on the link in the email to verify your address and activate your account.
Sign In: Use your email address and password to sign in to the portal.
Start Monitoring: Once logged in, you can view your water consumption, set leak notifications, and access information regarding your meter.
A consumer smartphone app will also be made available after your initial online sign-up!
